The Easiest Frosting Ever
Ingredients:
8 ounces chocolate of your choice milk, dark, white etc. (quality chocolate is better
8 ounces heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Chop chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl
Heat heavy cream to low boil
Pour over chocolate and allow to sit for 1 minute
Stir gently to allow to melt and combine
Once cool, whip frosting until color lightens or frosting increases in volume by about 50%
Ready to frost
Yield: frosting for 12 cupcakes or 2 layer 8 inch cake
